Pixel Space, 2003
Stephen Tsui’s “Pixel Space” is a digital interactive installation, which systemically creates a digital space for the participant to interact with different dimensions. Participants could gain a basic concept of dimensional progression by interacting with the piece. With a live camera, a participant’s actions are constantly captured and be transformed into 2D and 3D images. Modes of the images are switched according to the participant’s position and movements.
