
Miranda Tsui (Tsui Ngai) received her Master of Arts degree in Fashion Womenswear from the Royal College of Art, London, and started her fashion career in
Italy. Tsui taught fashion design at Hong Kong Polytechnic University, where she developed an interest in the issues of cultural identity and sustainability. In 2002, Tsui co-founded Habitus, a design space in Hong Kong for the promotion of contemporary Chinese design. Tsui collects Chinese antiquities and is passionate about the cultivation of traditional material culture.
徐藝喜愛搜集中國古舊器物。她認為傳統的器物文化必須持續發展和培育。徐氏於香港從事時裝專業。畢業於倫敦皇家藝術學院後,曾在意大利、英國任時裝顧問,後任教香港理工大學設計學院。興趣多元化,除時裝外,也鍾情文化及環境保育等議題。2002年與友人在香港創辦設計空間HABITUS,舉辦各種藝術及設計活動,推動中國當代設計。其作品屢獲入選國際雙年展。
